Spendflo's integration with Smartsheet streamlines license management by centralizing all licensing data on a single platform. Users have direct access to detailed license information and usage metrics within the Spendflo app. This allows for immediate visibility into Smartsheet licenses and the capability to manage licensing actions directly through Spendflo, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced visibility into dynamic license management (DLM).

Prerequisites

• To be able to use this integration, you need to be an admin within your Smartsheet account
• Users need to be on the business plan or the enterprise plan to proceed with the integration

Steps to Install

Step 1. Go to the Spendflo Integrations page by navigating Settings → Integrations → Available apps to find the Smartsheet app to integrate

Step 2. Click on Connect to initiate the Integration.

Step 3. Spendflo uses Truto to connect your Smartsheet account securely. Click on Continue → Connect to complete the connection.

Step 4. You'll now be prompted to choose from the authentication method to integrate the app. We recommend OAuth 2.0 and during this step, ensure to complete the login steps to continue.

Step 5. To login, enter the credentials on the Smartsheet login page and click Sign In.

Step 6. As part of the login steps, Smartsheet prompts you to allow access to the Truto app for a successful integration. Click Allow, and once the login is successful, you will be redirected back to the Spendflo integration page.

Step 7. Once the integration is successfully completed, you can find the Smartsheet app under 'Connected Apps.'

Spendflo is now seamlessly integrated with Smartsheet to provide better insights into dynamic license management from within the product.
