Overview
Spendflo's integration with Pipedrive streamlines license management by centralizing all licensing data on a single platform. Users can access detailed license information and usage metrics directly within the Spendflo app. This allows for immediate visibility into Pipedrive licenses and the capability to manage licensing actions directly through Spendflo, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced visibility into Dynamic License Management (DLM).
Features
- See different Pipedrive license types and their utilization within the Spendflo app
- Off-board deleted users from this integration and reclaim unused licenses of inactive users
- Send the in-activity report directly from the Spendflo app to any email address
Prerequisites
- To be able to use this integration, you require Owner/Admin permissions
- Enterprise Plus plan is required with the Pipedrive account for this integration
Steps to Integrate
Step 1. Go to app.spendflo.com & click on Settings -> Platform Settings -> Integrations

Step 2. Navigate to Pipedrive under Dynamic License Management and click Connect; ensure you are logged in to your Pipedrive account. If an admin is required to connect, open the accordion and click Invite to invite an admin to complete the connection.

Step 3. Spendflo uses Truto to connect your Pipedrive account securely. Click on Continue → Connect to complete the connection. During this step, ensure to be logged in to your Pipedrive account.

Step 4. There are two ways to complete this integration: OAuth and API, with the OAuth method being the recommended option.
In the OAuth method, provide the subdomain name and click Connect to proceed.

Step 5. Once logged in to the Pipedrive account, step 4 leads to the Pipedrive page to confirm the integration. Click on "Continue to the App' to proceed.

Step 6. Once the integration is completed, users can find the Pipedrive app under the 'Connected Apps.' Click on the tab.

Spendflo is now seamlessly integrated with Pipedrive to provide complete insights on license usage.
