Introduction
Signing up for the Spendflo app marks the initial stride toward optimizing your SaaS stack and automating your procurement processes. It is quick and easy to setup Spendflo, just follow the steps below to kickstart your journey towards savings.
Sign Up
You can expect an email invite to access the Spendflo App within two days after signing the contract with Spendflo
Start by accessing the Spendflo App at app.spendflo.com. You have two options for signing up:
- Sign up with Google or Microsoft using Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Alternatively, you can provide your email and create a password to sign up.
Provide Department and Designation
After signing up, you'll be prompted to provide your department and designation. This information helps organize your user profile within the app.
Invite Other Users
You can invite other users from your organizations to the Spendflo App by:
- Log in to the app and click on the settings icon located in the top right corner.
- Select "Users" from the options.
- In the Users section, you can invite users by providing their email addresses.
- Assign them appropriate roles such as Admin, Approver, or Requestor to define their permissions and responsibilities.
- Enter their email id and click on invite users, you can invite multiple users by writing their email id seperated by comma.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To enhance the security of your Spendflo App account, you can enable 2FA. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Users section in the settings and locate the Edit User Roles Icon at the top right corner
- You'll be redirected to the organizational settings page, navigate to
- Locate the user for whom you want to enable 2FA and click on "Edit User Roles."
- Within the Edit User Roles window, click on the "Security" tab.
You'll find the following options for enabling 2FA:
- Don't Force: MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is allowed but not enforced.
- Force: All users will be required to enable MFA.
- Force except for enterprise SSO: Non-enterprise SSO users will be required to enable MFA.
