Welcome to Spendflo's Sentiment Hub, where you can uncover your team's preferred SaaS tools and gain valuable insights into employee sentiment. With our platform, you can conduct regular surveys to gauge how your team feels about the various SaaS tools they use. By measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) on these tools and engaging in data-backed renewal negotiations, you can optimize your software spending and make informed decisions that not only save costs but also extend your budget effectively. Let's empower your organization to make the best choices and maximize the benefits of SaaS applications.


Accessing the Sentiment Hub

1. Click the menu item Sentiment Hub under Management from the top navigation bar.



2. The Sentiment Hub landing page will show you the  Sentiment Score Map followed by the survey result table


3. The sentiment Score Map consists of ‘Customer Sentiment Score’ in the X-axis and ‘Considered critical by % of employees’ in the Y-Axis. Both of these variables are captured for each tool in the survey sent to the employees.



4. Scroll down to see the survey responses in a tabular form.



Understanding the Survey Status


1. Active Survey contains the results for Software for which the survey has been launched and are currently active


2. The Scheduled tab has a list of software whose surveys will be launched in the future, you can view the date on which the survey will be launched. Click on the Launch Survey button to launch surveys before their schedule



3. The Pending tab lists all the software that our system could not recognise or match with our internal database. These surveys can not be launched automatically however you can choose to manually launch the survey for these tools
