Spend - Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) Report

Overview

Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) metric the sum of the contract value of SaaS contracts that are present within the Spendflo Platform designated to be “Managed by Spendflo” during your contract tenure, i.e., total number of contracts that have been or will be negotiated and procured by the spendflo team


This report will help identify any gaps between the contracted spend & awarded spend over time.


Steps to get to Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) Report


To view the Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) Report, follow these steps:


1. Open the Reports tab from the Navigation menu




2. Once you open the Reports page, you will land on the Procurement Analysis section within Buying Hub reports. Click on Contracted Spend Analysis -> Spend - Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) to view the report.



3. After you select the Awarded to Spendflo (Actual) report, you will be presented with the report screen. The report will consist of the following components:

Awarded to Spendflo Graph : This section shows a month-on-month trend of total SaaS spends procured by Spendflo in your organisation, allowing you visibility on the current & upcoming SaaS spend management by Spendflo over time & enabling you to view the value of contracts provided to Spendflo, and addition of contracts over time. 



Table : The bottom table will list the Contracts considered while computing the ATS (Actual) their costs, Contract Term, Due dates, etc., and a deep dive of the status of the Procurement. You can scroll through horizontally to understand each contract in detail.




4. If you need a more detailed view of the report, you can expand it by clicking on the icon below the graph and view it in full screen. There are also options for you to export/download the report in this view.
