Overview
Templates for workflow creation are pre-defined flows designed and loaded on the Spendflo platform to help streamline procurement processes. The templates provide a structured starting point for configuring the steps and rules to tailor the workflow for various business scenarios.

By default, the following types of legacy templates are available within the Spendflo platform:
New Procurement – This template can be leveraged to raise procurement requests for new vendors or products without an existing contract.
Renewal Request – This template can be leveraged to raise renewal requests for existing contracts.
Downgrade Request – This template can be leveraged to raise downgrade requests for existing contracts.
Upgrade Request – This template can be leveraged to raise upgrade requests for existing contracts.
Services Procurement – This template can be leveraged to raise procurement requests for services like advertising, consultants, or events.
Hardware Procurement – This template can be leveraged to raise procurement requests for hardware goods and items.
Software Procurement - Neo – This template can be leveraged to raise procurement requests for new software vendors without an existing contract.
Software Renewal - Neo – This template can be leveraged to raise renewal requests for existing software contracts.
Software Upgrade - Neo – This template can be leveraged to raise upgrade requests for existing software contracts.
Software Downgrade - Neo – This template can be leveraged to raise downgrade requests for existing software contracts.
Sign an NDA – This template can be leveraged to request signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
